But during COVID-19 it also became clear in how many ways the virtual receptionist made his job as Operations Manager easier. This is his story.
At the Limburg Project Van den Boer Concept, they take care of everything for their customers, from the purchase to the delivery of the turnkey home. And from now on, a digital concierge will also be part of this overall service. Because customers – even elderly ones – are eagerly awaiting the extra comfort and security provided by the concept. “It solves a number of current problems,” says Filip Remans, one of the four partners. “We really see it as an extra selling point.”
Leading architect Stéphane Beel had a Bringme digital concierge installed for the active elderly living at the Twist and De Ark assisted living residences in the well-known ‘Tweewaters’ district on the Vaartkom in Leuven. “That doesn’t make any sense,” you might think now. Do ‘digital’ and ‘elderly’ really go together? Isn’t such a technological tour de force too complex for these residents? We went to ask them and let them answer for themselves in the resultant video. You’ll notice that one word came up all the time: ‘easy’.
