IT community unleashes inspiration bomb at Bringme
An Open Space is more than just a meeting. It is a place where you can brainstorm about topics of your choosing, share experiences and, more importantly, develop yourself. An Open Space gives you the room for improvement, innovation, and feedback. You will learn about new topics, be able to talk about problems you encounter at work, and have the opportunity to learn new working methods. You can also join the workshops right away.
No, it’s not a presentation where one person takes the floor in front of a silent audience. Because the really interesting topics are discussed more often during the coffee break than during the official programme. Everyone gets the chance to throw complex topics into the group.
Two of Bringme’s Software Developers, Teodor and Emin, attended the event. “You’re never experienced enough,” they said before the Open Space was launched. It is important to learn about the insights of other experienced developers and new concepts. “It’s mainly about learning new solutions.
“It is like coming home, a place where colleagues want to push each other forward in order to strive for more and more knowledge and experience.”
Developers often clash with different issues, for which they do not always have an obvious solution. In an Open Space, you can discuss these problems and find a solution together with the community. “You learn how developers in other companies approach it. You may learn best practices to apply in your own work. It is like coming home, a place where colleagues want to push each other forward in order to strive for more and more knowledge and experience.”
